We believe in affordable and transparent pricing. We keep prices low by using federal rules that allow us to shift the burden of attorney fees to the school district whenever the law allows. When that's not an option, we can usually offer a flat fee.
Special Education Matters
We represent clients in Special Education Due Process proceedings at no cost to parents whenever possible. We rely on federal fee-shifting rules that allow us to collect attorney fees and costs from the district if we prevail in your case.
Flat-Rate Assistance Packages
Parents with cases where fee-shifting is not an option will be offered a reasonable flat rate fee or an hourly rate with a cap to keep costs predictable and as affordable as possible.

School Discipline & Manifestation
We represent students at all stages of the discipline process, including manifestation hearings, suspension and expulsion proceedings, and appeals. We can offer a reasonable flat or hourly fee based on your needs, the stage of the case, and the legal options available. The initial consultation is free.
